The rules, plainly.

What counts as an active client?

A client you referred whose paid licence, monthly or quarterly, is currently running. If they stop renewing, they stop counting toward your tier.

When does my rate move to 30%?

Your active clients are counted on the 1st of each month. With 10 or more, 30% applies to every one of your clients for that month. If you drop below 10, you return to 20% the next month.

Do free trials or sponsored licences count?

No. Free 3-day trials and licences sponsored through INFINOX don't earn commission or count toward your tier. A trial that converts to a paid plan does.

How long do I earn from one client?

For the client's first 12 months: 12 monthly payments or 4 quarterly payments. After that the client still counts toward your tier while they stay active, but their payments no longer earn commission.

How long does my referral link last?

60 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within 60 days, they are your client for as long as they keep renewing.

How and when am I paid?

In USDT, during the first week of each month, for the previous month's commission. You don't give us a wallet when you join. When your balance reaches $20, your dashboard asks you to add one. Smaller balances roll over.

What if a client gets a refund?

Refunded or disputed payments earn no commission, and that client is removed from your active count.

What am I not allowed to do?

Promise profits or guaranteed returns, bid on the Inova Prime brand name in ads, or refer yourself. Breaking these rules ends the partnership and cancels unpaid commission.
